Conditions of Use
It is a requirement of membership of Craft Victoria that you agree to the following Conditions of Use.
1. Craftbase users must be a current paid member of Craft Victoria.
2. Members' records will remain on the site while membership is current. Craft Victoria will remove the member's record once membership expires.
3. Members are able to submit one digital image in jpg at a time. Two size are required: a thumbnail image at 100 x 100 pixels and an archive image at 405 pixels wide/high. For further information please see the Craftbase userguide at http://craftbase.craftvic.asn.au/userguide.doc
4. Uploaded images must be accompanied by member’s full name, title of the work, year the work was made and the dimensions of the work.
5. An optional artists’ statement of maximum 100 words may accompany the image.
6. The member agrees not to submit the following forms of content to Craftbase Imagebank:
• Content that is unlawful, pornographic, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• Content which infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party.
7. All images must be approved by Craft Victoria prior to publication on the site.
